Waited several days for tracking, never received anything so messaged him and after waiting another few days, finally responds and says that they don't have the item and have to cancel the order. I asked the seller to provide the refund, but again was met with silence. If you're going to cancel an order, at least have the decency to provide a prompt refund instead of making your customer chase after it. Very unprofessional.

Paid thousands of dollars for an item I really wanted and had to reach out to the company on Facebook because of lack of response on eBay. They eventually got back to me on facebook and said they would ship it the following working day. The next day my order was cancelled and it took a week to get my money back. So all that happened here is I lost a few thousand dollars for a couple of weeks. Really inefficient and unprofessional experience.
