      I immediately reached out to the buyer letting them know that this item was not available (sold on another platform) and cancelled the order and refunded immediately. I offered a discount of $12 on any other item. Buyer never replied and left this feedback months later. I am a human, not a corporation and do my best to provide the best products and services but sometimes things don't go as planned. I apologize that this wasn't available but wish the buyer would have worked with me for a solution
