    We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. The delay was entirely due to a USPS routing error, not our handling of the order. The package arrived in the buyer’s town on Sept 12, 2025, 8:56 PM but was mistakenly sent back before being re-routed. It’s out for delivery today. If the buyer had checked the tracking updates, they would have seen this was a USPS issue. We shipped promptly and followed all procedures correctly.
