    Purchasing from this Seller was a joy. The item was better than described and the completeness of the item with its accessories was amazing. It was a very good value considering what just the accessories would cost. Shipping was as described at checkout but took just a little longer because a custom wood frame was made for the machine to be strapped into when shipped. The packaging was the best I’ve ever received. The custom frame held the machine secure and it arrived unharmed.

    Although the box was smashed, miraculously, the glass cups survived beautifully! I would have appreciated better communication. Instead of adjusting the "scheduled shipping", they might have reached out to explain why a bid won on July 29th was not shipped until earlier this week. Good thing they were not needed right away!
