I would have assumed that a reputable seller on eBay asking for a few hundred dollars on one item would have checked an little more thoroughly before they were offered for resale. I asked for a some relief for a partial refund since I had already spent money for a Repair tech to check the filter and break it down. It wasn't pulling air very weak. This was the condition of the unit (See pics) after they broke th unit down further. Seller offered NO ASSISTANCE
