It was exceptionally clean for a high end laptop that was a couple years old. I liked it so much that I turned my Dad onto this seller due to the high ratings and he bought a laptop as well. My only knock on this seller is he has the option to "make an offer" in which 2 reasonable offers were ignored instead of being responded too.
