This Anniversary Edition is a bundle with the famed Mario Kart DS, the handheld edition of Nintendo’s acclaimed Mario Kart video game series. The DSi XL boasts an expansive 4.2-inch LCD dual screen that grants you more space to truly experience the video games in all their glory. The device measures just over 6 inches in width and weighs less than a pound, so you can easily take it wherever you go. On a full charge, players can enjoy up to 17 hours' worth of gaming time. In addition to the DSi’s original 155-degree screen position, the XL screen is adjustable to 120 degrees for ease of use. This limited edition of the Nintendo DSi XL comes coated with a shade of vibrant red. On the front of the console, fans will be able to recognize three distinctive graphics from the Super Mario Bros. universe. In addition to Mario Kart DS, the console comes preloaded with apps like Brain Age Express, a fun and educational video game puzzle. With Wi-Fi connectivity, these consoles use the DSi Browser to connect to the Internet for easy purchase of additional games. Other accessories that come with this edition include a built-in camera and the Nintendo DSi Sound to play music. For storage, these consoles use a standard SD memory card or SDHC card, but internal storage is also supported. There are 256 MB of internal flash memory available, and external SDHC cards can include up to 32 GB of storage. The device supports local wireless Nintendo connectivity across gaming systems. The device is also backward compatible, which means that all earlier-generation Nintendo ds games are compatible with the DSi XL. It features an all-star cast from the Super Mario Bros universe. Nintendo has decked this out with catchy audio tracks from titles like Super Mario Kart, Super Circuit, Double Dash, and Mario Kart 64. Battle and race with up to eight karts at once, and connect with others around the world via Wi-Fi.
