You started a return request for a product and you have pre-determined that the belt is at fault. We asked for the ID plate so that we can check that you ordered the right part for your machine and the service records because there are dozens of causes of belt failure. Everybody blames the belt when it goes but there's so many factors affecting the longevity of a belt.
