I opened a Item Not Received case and seller still did not communicate of ship until the day eBay would have had to step in. I will not be making any further purchases from this seller in future. Despite the buyer's conclusions the product began to make progress while the Item not Received case was in progress - the case was opened almost immediately after purchase. The real story here: the buyer uses our products as some type of craft they pass off as they're own creation and was upset because they had trouble filling an order. Funny how this seller's typical excuse are all the same and apply to all their unsatisfied customers.
