The item was scanned on August 4th by USPS when it was dropped off, then left the post office and was scanned at the distribution center on August 5th. Since that was the last scan, unfortunately I am assuming USPS did lose it, but you are still guaranteed a 100% refund through eBay Buyer Protection (which we issued to you in full).
