      Photos and item title didn’t match the actual item that was shipped. This item was the speaker basket only, not a whole speaker. The seller did mention this in the description, but the product box pictured appears to be for a complete speaker, as reflected by the title of the auction. I get that it’s my mistake having overlooked the description, but the seller still refused to offer a refund, even when I was willing to pay return shipping. Totally unreasonable and I suspect intentional.
