    Bag is NOT authentic, confirmed by Coach!! These are counterfeit. When confronted, a seller only stated apologies please when asking for the refund click changed mind! Contacted Seller on several occasions to give him an opportunity to fix the situation. Wants me to send items back, however I will not take the chance of sending counterfeit items overseas! Definitely disappointed! And of course, having difficulty reaching eBay by phone however I will be pursuing further action!
