        Seller Cancelled my order Spent 2 weeks searching for this specific boot within my budget, for an Alaska trip. Seller cancelled last minute claiming "new employee mistake" - boots were slightly used, not new as described. I asked if they were going to relist the boots or pull them entirely. I would have purchased them anyway. Complete silence. And FYI, if you're going to beg customers not to leave a bad review, at least have the decency to acknowledge them when they're trying to work with you.

        A full refund was issued to the customer on the same day the product was purchased. While they spent two weeks searching, that circumstance is beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for not being able to ship the item. Please note that we do not ship or sell any items that do not pass our strict inspection standards. Any product with imperfections is donated to a local charity here in Utah. We genuinely strive to support and assist all of our customers.
