After 4 pictures and multiple multiple emails and I went to the post office to get them a return postage rate. they offered me 60 dollars of the 90 dollars I paid them . This was a horrible . Also once you start a return you can't find how to get help from ebay. It would have been easy to get help from ebay if I don't start a return. I believe they knew this.

I’m also having issue with them telling me to return the item which I did and the shipping rate would be refunded I’m still waiting for my refund for both my order and return shipping freight.
