Seller said most items from NJ to TX arrive in 5 days, so I placed the order 6/11. USPS tracking said 6 days, arriving 6/17. The package made it to Dallas on 6/14, but then was routed to sever stops in California. I started contacting the Seller, requesting a refund on 6/18 because package appeared to be lost and would not arrive in time. Seller refused. Package arrived 6/24 but I had already purchased another gift.Reply from: careforagain- Feedback replied by seller careforagain.- Feedback replied by seller careforagain.Oh boy…. This buyer purchased the item before I answered her question in regards to shipping time. The package was rerouted do to storms in the buyers state and another day delayed due to Juneteenth a federal holiday. Zero compassion for USPS. Of course I denied her refund request for “lost item” because I knew it would arrive and it did! The post office is wonderful but sometimes things will be a few days late as delivery days are only estimates.
