The seller confirmed to do that. Instead the seller shipped the item and di not react for two days. Now the seller can not send a picture of the serial number. Instead send a picture of a Saks Second Hand receipt that does not even state the brand of the item nor the model nor if it is new or used. The seller refuses to cancel the sale. Very disappointing !
