      The item was not “soiled”. I have many pictures. I sold the buyer a new older model that worked perfectly when I put batteries in to test before selling. I sold it WAY below cost and found out he was trying to resell it. The original packaging was dirty/soiled but that was shown in the pictures and description. I literally couldn’t describe it better and gave him a full refund. Still neutral feedback?? Wow
