        Bought gaming PC on June 15th. Seller didn't ship item and didn't contact me. On the 21st, I messaged him. He said "just now seeing this," then bought a shipping label. I kept an eye on the tracking number; UPS never received the package. The seller stopped responding to my messages. July 7th, nothing had changed. Seller issued PARTIAL refund. He wanted to keep over two hundred dollars of my money but eBay got it back for me. Don't do business with this seller.
