I bought item in early May, according to tracking, seller never sent it and didn't answer an email asking for it for weeks. I opened an eBay complaint asking him to send ITEM, not refund. So seller sends a refund. I'd understand if he lost it or misplaced it, buy why didn't seller just say so? It would have saved a lot of waiting/wondering for me. Sellers lost items on me before; they just apologize & send a refund. We know many sellers aren't pros. But why not just be honest?
