- t***i (258)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBought an upper oil pan with the lower pan attached. Took everything apart, cleaned, and installed it. After hours of work, discovered one bolt hole on the lower pan was stripped and won’t hold. Seller had listed it as “perfect condition.” Asked for a partial refund, seller agreed, then ignored me. Otherwise good seller—just double-check parts before buying.Reply from: okautopartsms- Feedback replied by seller okautopartsms.- Feedback replied by seller okautopartsms. The buyer didn’t notice this stripped hole? He said “took everything apart, cleaned and installed.” We never removed the lower pan. Even though the bolt was more than likely stripped by the buyer we agreed to pay a reasonable amount to drill, tap, & insert a Helicoil or Time Cert. This is a 15-minute job for a below average tech. Buyer wanted $120. This is a ridiculous amount for a 15-minute job. He was then told even though it was way past the 30 day return he could return the item for a refund
