      Was so excited for this backpack to only be disappointed for the amount I paid for it. Item arrived and as soon as I opened it, I floral smell hit my nose. I took the backpack out for the bag and inspected it only to see what may be cat hair on it (not sure, it was white and multiple clumps of it). The pattern also looks faded like it was washed. I found the tag in the front pocket but it wasn’t even attached. The item looks clearly worn based on the straps and the fading. I’m very disappointed.

      I am sorry you were disappointed. I did inspect the bag before I shipped it and found no problems. Certainly not any of the issues you mentioned. I would have preferred that you request a return before leaving negative comments.
