    Item received does not match the photos provided. The stock photos are pristine and what I received was damaged beyond recovery due to the seller's poor packaging. When I reached out to the seller I was met with condescending as they refused to help. Seller does not accurately represent the products they sell and takes no care with packaging. Buyer beware!

    I'm in utter disbelief and nearly speechless. I wasn't "condescending" by any measure, nor was the hat "damaged beyond recovery"—there was absolutely no damage, as verified by the photos you provided. Above all, I ACCEPTED THE RETURN. The listing stated that the hat is designed to be transported in a more flattened state, and photos I took and you submitted showed it reshaped. The inconsistencies/imperfection in the weave were also depicted in the stock photo. Your punitive outrage is malicious.
