We tried to help the customer find the correct size. We asked him to use a measuring tape to measure the distance between the center of the hole to the center of the slot on the latches (Picture instructions provided). Unfortunately, this customer does not know how to use a measuring tape and got frustrated as a result. The customer then threated us with a bad review and here we are. Nevertheless, a full refund was issued.
