    Came as described. The pictures made it look dusty. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition when I received it. Looks very nice. It was packaged with loose torn up cardboard, but overall it was ok. I got a good deal on this. The shipping might be a touch high, but for the price of the hat I would say overall it was a fair deal.
