After purchase it was canceled, reason given was, No longer available or broken. I asked why my purchase had been cancelled. Only Response was “So sorry, but the shell was broken”. I asked for pictures of the damage. I didn’t see any damage in the photos in the listing or no damage mentioned. I though we could work something out, so frustrating!
