The smell was so bad the bag was unusable in its current state. I had it dry cleaned. I reached out to the seller and explained the situation and asked if they could refund a portion of the price to cover the dry cleaning. I was met with “that’s almost the purchase price what are you asking for a refund” poor customer care. Avoid seller.
