The item was listed as brand new sealed in box and the controller received didn’t come close to matching the picture on the box. BUT this buyer likes to lie. It was the wrong Sega model and I didnt check box because its new and assumed it had never been opened. He was bitter for some reason and told Ebay it was 3rd party and used...it was NEITHER. Pitiful this is how you are treated when you promptly make things right. I will be turning this in to Ebay.
