      Neutral is reasonable due to buyers experience but I think it's important that the narrative is corrected, Item was sent 2nd class large letter, Item didn't arrive, completely reasonable to open an item not received case, buyer wanted a replacement, the issue is with the speed of 2nd class large letter, we don't have enough time to actually send a replacement before we are out an additional unit and a refund so we don't really have a choice other than to refund if not delivered by case end date
