    The unit arrived safe and sound, solidly wrapped and protected by plenty of bubble wrap. It was in good condition, and included all the required parts that were described in the post. I am really glad the seller had the 'dongle' required for this keyboard!! I don't use eBay a lot, so my expectations were not set as to how responsive or personal the interaction would be.
