I contacted the seller to let them know & they said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The goods are sealed. I didn't open it to see the details. Please play all DVDs. If you have any questions. Please let me know". I played the 10th season, & it was better but still had freezing and the last episode froze totally at the end, & I wasn't able to watch the end.
