Shipped a Athearn HO scale car with fragile details in its own box of gray cardboard, shoved into a padded envelope and expected to survive the USPS system!!Arrived with a broken ladder end and wheel. Seller took July off. Sent email and pictures on 7/3/25. Seller has NEVER responded. Finally had car repaired by friend (1 hour and $4 details), since I couldn't, due to stroke issues...VERY disappointed in seller's lack of concern.
