- r***2 (1)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI'm giving a thumbs-down because they shipped the shock absorber without any protection. It was loose in the box, and on top of that, they taped a piece of metal with the spring, which was damaged. They should have taken more care when preparing the shipment. Now I just hope everything works properly when installed. Before voting, I contacted the seller, and their response was, "My apologies, I hope there's no major damage." A very lame apology.
