    The mug was very well packed, it arrived undamaged, and shipping was fast. It was exactly as described and in perfect new condition. The seller notified me that USPS hadn’t scanned the prepaid postage label, therefore she didn’t know where the package was and had issued me a refund. When I let her know that I had in fact received it, and offered to return the refund to her, she insisted not to worry and to keep both the mug and the refund. So, definitely good value.
