Of course, it was properly in the outlet and properly filled with water. Seller also suggested that I ensure the on-off button is properly in place. There is no on-off button and no steam. Also tried to troubleshoot with fire and that was meant with hostility and threatening statements that if I the seller did not offer full refund and allow her to keep the item she would give me a bad review..
