This was open-box, DOA. To make matters worse they claimed that it is my responsibility to contact a third-party for “warranty claims” perhaps assuming I was an ignorant and uninformed consumer. Transaction is reported to eBay as FRAUD. Took my money and sent me a dead brick of plastic. Refuse to complete the transaction. Amazingly terrible experience. CM
