The shipping was prompt, the box was packaged in plastic film, so there was small damage to the outside of the box in route (however, I cannot say for sure, since it is a pre-owned item). The contents of the box were in good condition and undamaged. The price+shipping was acceptable to me and slightly better than few other listings for the same item.
