First time it didn’t arrive as it was broken and I was offered a saddle cloth in its place or a refund. I took the refund. 2nd time it was marked as dispatched and due to arrive 11 August. It never arrived and I had to contact eBay. I was given a refund but have never heard from the seller at all. A very disappointing outcome!
