      Phones come new sealed with a sim card because it was prepped for a tmobile company, hence why it is a tmobile phone. And battery is sealed in the bottom of the box please check thoroughly.

      I bought these phone's because it said T mobile.I took them to the T mobile store.Guess what ? It's Boost cellular. Guess what? It didn't work there also.

      Seller never reached out or said anything. Never requested a return either. T-mobile is the same as boost mobile. They use the same towers. I help all my customers no problem. I sell unlocked phones as well. Check the phone with a sim card. If you take it somewhere they are gonna say something is wrong so you can buy their phones. If you requested a return or refund you would’ve got it. Instead of leaving a negative review on my small family business.
