The problem I had was a long delay in receiving it because this was shipped via DHL. They were slow to contact me but apparently assessed that I owed a further $13.19 CAD for customs and processing. They wanted me to prepay saying it would speed up delivery. I had until August 10th, but they sent me 2 reminders. Couriers then just deliver to your doorstep, leave it, even if you’re not home. This was received only today.
