    The seller never mailed my grill but took my money so he/she is effectively committing fraud and you punished me for it. I paid $79.95 for the grill and you gave me a refund but kept $10.00!! For what? Why didn't you collect the $10.00 from the seller essentially committing fraud? This is why I rarely, if ever do business with e-bay. You also can't get a human being on the phone and your AI does not provide any answers! Terrible business model. Punishing buyers when sellers commit fraud!!
