I tried looking up a video so the seller nothing I was supposed to return it but then I had a family emergency which I had to go away so that was money I lost it. I have a machine here that don’t work throw it out put it in the garbage way should’ve been in the first place. It shouldn’t have been for sale. The buyer contacted me and said it didn't work. I asked them what it was doing, and they said the ribbon wasn't cutting. Worked with them trying to get it but realized they had no idea what they were doing so I said send it back for a full refund. I sent them a label to send it back. I immediately got a message they had an emergency and had to leave. I never heard another word from them till this feedback. Feedback left 6/28 they had till 7/7 to return??????
