      Lost in shipping. It was 10 days after the product should have arrived before the seller issued a refund and that was only because eBay stepped in. Seller never answered my messages. eBay stepped in and made the refund happen. Seller was very slow to refund and would not replace. I asked for a replacement after it was obviously lost and got no reply. I wanted the product, not the money. By the time they issued the refund and I reordered thru Amazon, it took 3 weeks from original order date.
