It's used but but in newer condition. It might be semantics but it's the best way to describe the actual condition of the item. Threads had Teflon tape on them. the value was good because new ones at home depot are about 60 percent more. Shower head appears to have scratches on it. If you continue to sell items described wrong, at least make it returnable. Item works OK.
