Postage label was created but was not scanned into Royal Mail network until 4/5 days later. When the item arrived it was packaged well, but was missing cleaning tools. Requested a return, which also was accepted immediately but again three days on, still waiting for seller to issue return label. I will ask eBay to step in. Avoid unless you want to wait…..forever.
