Wrapping completely inadequate - Seller totally disinterested, wouldn't accept returns so I threw it away and bought another one. EBay then said I had to return it for a refund! Item arrived damaged which was due to no fault of my own. Ebay was provided pictures of the item prior to packaging & when it was packaged. They agreed that this was packaged adequately and if the buyer returned the item, we would both receive a refund as we were covered through Ebay. A return was accepted but buyer chose not to return it. Very argumentative, combative and rude via messages, Ebay agreed she was horrific.
