This item indicated specifically that it would ship via Fedex. It did not. It shipped via USPS. This seems to be common. My guess is that USPS is cheaper, just wish they'd be honest about shipping company. So one star for shipping.

I did however, expect the glass bowl to be there as shown in the picture, but it did include the plastic one, which could explain the lower price, and tiny shards of broken glass from the other bowl at the bottom of the box. Regardless, it works perfectly, as in brand new. All in all a terrific purchase. Also, I'd like to commend the seller for the conscientious way they did the packaging.
