    Description didn't say anything about the static in the audio portion of the tape - seller offered a refund upon return - I decided to keep it - not worth the postage to return it - postage stamp reads $4.63 - shipping cost #21.03 no refund there

    My listing notes that I do not ship internationally. The buyer provided a US shipping address, and I promptly mailed the item to that address. The buyer then had it shipped to another address and had to pay a customs fee. He then messaged me that this was "not the item he wanted." I told the buyer I would refund the cost/shipping upon return receipt of the item. Rather than do that, the buyer left negative FB. Do not do biz/with buyer.
