Another step was broken but not detached. That corner of the model was not shown in the images so who knows. The packaging was barely adequate - put in a soft mailer, rolled up, and entombed in packing tape. Was some crushing of the Wathers tube-type box these 75 foot flats came in OEM. I got a my money's worth. It can be built into a decent model with new corner steps.
