It seems like I'm not alone in receiving an incorrect or defective product initially, but although it can be a little frustrating, the fact that I ended up with a good working device for a rather inexpensive purchase makes it worth the extra time and effort imo. I can defintiely recommend the seller for this if you need a replacement Denon remote.
