      The item worked when it was pulled from the donor vehicle, but if there was an issue, why didn't you contact us? We offer free 30 day returns, we have not received any messages from you saying that there were any issues. As stated in the listing, we cannot fix what we are not made aware of, if we had not checked our feedback, we would had no idea that you had an issue.
